Welcome to my Website!   As a Board Certified Bodyworker, I offer Rosen Method Bodywork and Energy Balancing.

I am trained in a variety of modalities, and find Rosen Method to be a powerful tool for supporting integrative self-healing transformation.

All living beings have energy bodies, and it is at this level where we often store life's stressors.  When this aspect is imbalanced, the physical and mental bodies may develop imbalance as well.  If the idea of bodywork is uncomfortable for you, an energy work session may be more acceptable.
